What is a credit, and how many do I need?
Credits are what every edit costs: 3 for a 1K generative fill, 5 for 2K and 8 for 4K, and image upscaling starts at 1. The exact cost is on the button before you start. Most people making a few edits a week are well served by Starter.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy or receive with a paid plan never expire, even after you cancel. New accounts get 5 free credits once, to try it out.
How do yearly plans work?
Paying yearly costs 33% less than paying monthly — 4 months free — and all twelve months of credits are added to your account the day you subscribe, so you can use them at your own pace.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your billing page in a couple of clicks. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your credits stay with you.
What happens if a generation fails?
You get the credits back automatically. You are only charged for results that were delivered.
Is my payment information safe?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price on the plan is the price you pay. Sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout where the law requires it.
Monthly, yearly or one-time: which should I choose?
Yearly is the lowest price per edit if you edit regularly. Monthly is best if you want to try a plan first. One-time packs suit occasional projects: no subscription, and the credits never expire.
